Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • All in stock items will be shipped within 6 business days from receipt of order. If there are special circumstances we will contact you via the email address provided on your order.
  • We use USPS for all orders within the United States and UPS within Canada unless otherwise specified or requested. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. 
  • Please note that if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is undeliverable, or returned, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should receive your order in excellent condition. Leather and natural stones are not uniform, so the product you receive may look slightly different than pictured. Shading and markings are characteristic of fine leather and are Mother Nature's way of adding individual beauty to your product.
  • For United States customers: Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from date of shipping. A return authorization must be requested by email or phone prior to return shipment. Leatherock will issue an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the returned merchandise excluding original shipping and handling fees.
  • For Canada customers: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days, however Leatherock will not pay for return shipping charges. We cannot offer exchanges at this time. A return authorization must be requested by email or phone prior to return shipment. Leatherock will issue a refund of the purchase price of the returned merchandise excluding original shipping and handling fees.
  • Sale Items and Outlet Items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit unless a special circumstance arises.
  • Merchandise must be in pristine condition, with tags attached, and no signs of use. We do not accept items that have been worn or damaged due to improper handling or customer negligence.
  • Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or defective or if the incorrect product was shipped.
  • Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
EASY RETURN:
Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Include a copy of the Return Authorization email or write the Return Authorization number on/in the package. We recommend insuring your return.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info.leatherock@gmail.com or call 1-619-299-7625. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
